The thought: events continue to chug along into month two of Q2. With less summits on the horizon, smaller one off events continue to fill the calendar. One notable sponsor for the month of May is Shell Energy. They rarely have RON or newsletter ad buys, but choosing to sponsor not one but three events in one month, all which surround the topic of energy, is a strategic ad buy. We’ll keep tabs on if they expand their buys and start popping up in newsletters or HPTOs.
